The staff were very friendly and the breakfast each morning was delicious as well as the dinner in the evening. "The room was nasty. They gave me dirty towels and switched the room twice. The breakfast was horrible bacon was burnt pancakes were hard. Dust was all over the hotel. Hallways were dirty as well"

"Parking is easy, air handling unit works well. My biggest frustration like with all older hotels is the number of electrcal outlets."

"Walls were grimy and bedding was stained. Front desk had 4 couples to check in and he was alone at 3pm on a Saturday.. which is crazy because they were sold out and 3pm is check-in time?! He was talking through the walkie to other staff and taking incoming calls while people were all waiting to check-in. Our TV didn’t work & he had to come up to our room to fix it. Fridge, dresser, table and nightstand were all mismatched and really worn, and our door didn’t latch shut unless you slammed it hard. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am so I didn’t get to eat before we left to drive another 10 hours to our destination (and every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at, breakfast starts at 6am)."
