"Check-in very slow as only one person on reception. Arrived early before check in time so left bags with receptionist. Came back around 5pm to collect luggage and keys. Female receptionist just handed us the keys , said it was on the first floor and our room number was on the card! No explanation about where and when breakfast was served, I felt she just couldn't be bothered. Room (superior double) was okay, bathroom and bedroom clean and quiet. Breakfast was again ok but the hot dishes were not terribly hot and two of the 3 coffee machines were out of order. Probably would not stay here again unless a really cheap deal as Belfast is full of better hotels."
