"The staff at Hotel St. James were amazing and incredibly accommodating. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to New York City."

"This hotel was fantastic. It is right in Times Square but the rooms are above the 15th floor so it was not loud and felt calm. The room was comfortable and welcoming. There was enough space for me and my three teenagers but it was a little tight. The lobby space and the amenities (luggage storage, many sitting spaces, gym) were great. The front desk staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient. It felt safe, even though it is a very busy and touristy neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We have stayed at The Edison several times and it’s always good. The housekeeping staff is great. The croissants were nice but breakfast sandwiches were too dense and the coffee was terrible. If you use the valet parking be sure to ask for your car well in advance before you leave. It can take a while to get it out of the garage. We appreciated the microwave being delivered to the room, too."
