"Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. All of the staff wanted to say hello to her. The room was very comfy and the location was great. "

We decided on Windsor over the Biltmore because the rooms are much more spacious and charming… a bit of history and yet with all modern amenities.
