"Great value stay. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean for a suite. Happy Goat coffee shop in the lobby, too! Our only complaint was that the Chromecast was unusable as it had not been updated, so no smart tv functionality. Parking is somewhat sparce and in an alley of sorts behind the building, albeit well lit. Staff were great to this sorry Anglo, so we will certainly look for this place again next year!"

"Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien, on pouvait l'augmenter mais ca ne réchauffait pas plus qu'à 21 degré. La salle de bain, toute de céramique, n'était pas chauffée non plus, c'était très froid. L'eau chaude était aussi très longue avant d'arrivée. A la 2e journée, nous avons fait venir le technicien pour réussir à améliorer la situation. Nous avons demandé une couverture chaude à la 3e journée pour réussir à mieux dormir. Nous avons profité de la présence du technicien pour réussir à avoir Netflix tel qu'offert. Mais malgré qu'il ait été sur place plus de 30 minutes, rien ne s'est vraiment amélioré. Il nous a offert de remplacer le chrome-cast, mais nous étions crevé, nous avons donc refusé. "

"This is a city central location and parking for the hotel, during very busy dates, is valet only, be prepared but it's totally worth every penny. Everything is opulent and marvelous. Clean, precise and well managed but the staff, front desk to maid services are all smile, happy, and friendly. We are frequent to this hotel and its many locations; all are amazing to stay and enjoy."

"Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly. Got to see a few NHL players from the Minnesota Wild & Carolina Hurricanes who were in town to play the Senators. Pool was great not too crowded and hot tub was the right temp. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa. "
