"Great location "

"The hotel staff from valet to receptionist were very helpful and friendly. We love the inside of the hotel, lobby and the room was very clean. The location was very close to many restaurants and stores. However the outside areas is unattractive because of the smell of urine and tagging. We actually enjoyed the garden. We were taking pictures and admiring the trees and mini waterfall. It’s a nice place to hangout. We plan to use this hotel again for other LA trips in the future. "

"Love the location next to the Colburn School! Tea and coffee station is great but hot water for tea is never hot! It would be lovely if they could change up the types of apples (macIntosh, fuji etc). Overall so wonderful!"

"The female hotel clerk at the Hilton Honors was friendly, and courteous. She provided information as to when to get the shuttle to the airport in time to make our flight. Appreciate her honesty and helpfulness. Everyone (staff) we interacted with were pleasant and nice. "
