The staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly . The location is great so many great areas within walking distance . Easy access to subway.
Brooklyn bridge , 9/11 on your door step .
The room size was great was not expecting this as any previous hotels I have stayed in New York were very small .
Cannot fault the hotel , staff or location 10/10 .

Love this hotel! Very nice, clean and decent views. Very accessible to both Upper Manhattan & Brooklyn, with only a few mins walk to Wall Street train station for access to the 2/3. Also other trains nearby. This hotel is near pier 17 where there is ao much history. It’s very beautiful and peaceful in comparison to other parts of Manhattan. Will definitely be booking again!!!
Cons
- no microwave in room so if you have a long stay, consider this. Otherwise ask the lobby or 2nd floor kitchen for...

I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The hotel was modern, clean and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and I slept great in the bed. The location was very convenient as it's walkable into Times Square and the subway is nearby. The breakfast was nothing special, but there was a hot option of eggs, sausage and potatoes every morning as well as cold options to suit everyone. All in all, good options for a 'free breakfast'. I would stay here again...
