Quirky decor, friendly staff, central air conditioning, quiet rooms, cute bathroom with walk-in shower, comfy bed, really nice gym. One of the best hotels in SF!
Only thing missing from the room was a microwave, but the front staff reheated food for me.

The room is clean, but room 285 the middle cushin in the couch needs repair. The sheets were changed, but one of the days it had tears in it. One of the pillow sheets were yellowed. The guys working the door talk to each other more then help with luggage and open doors.
