"I think for an "airport hotel" that coffee should be available in the main lobby before 6:30. Since breakfast starts at 6:30 that is also when the coffee is set up. When we first arrived at the hotel we wanted to take showers. The water was cold. We called the front desk and someone came up. They told us we had to just wait a few hours and try again because a lot of people were taking showers. "

"Coffee machine is broken, Makeup Remover wipe is dry out. False fire alarm broke out at 5am and no staff in the hotel communicate to the residents. Staff in the bar are rather rude and not too helpful. Staff comes in and make the room but not really make the bed or refill anything. What i can recognize is just put back the bath towel i used and flip the floor map. The mess and dirt have left on the floor for more than 1days at the water machine and yet no one clean up. Not recommend at all"

"Although my room had new laminate flooring like what's int he pictures, everyhthing else was really beat up. Moulding was coming off the walls, some of the furniture looked like it had water damage, there was a burn mark on the bathroom counter, and I had no water in the shower. There are no blankets — just a sheet on the mattress, and a slightly heavier "fancy: sheet on top of that. At least the bedding was clean. The "free breakfast" was a cabinet in the lobby with a basket of NutriGrain bars and some pre-packaged muffins. Some of that could be looked over in an inexpensive hotel, but the main issue was really the other guests. there were lots of people loitering on the property any time I came and went. At 3AM my first night, there was yelling and arguing coming from various points inside and outside the building. Lots of door slamming, loud DoorDash deliveries, a police car in the parking lot, and a solid hour of a dog barking in a room down the hall. This went on until 5AM. Thankfully, the next night was better, but it wasn't worth spending another night there. I left a day early and stayed in a much nicer place for the same price."
