"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

Waterboiler for coffee/tea did not work. Poor cleaning. - Most of the time I could only get one device connected to wifi ("maximum number of devices reached". - Front desk closed at 7 pm. +...
