This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Barmston. A lovely village with a duck pond. Church and village hall. There is a local pub Nearby.
Plenty of places to visit by car eg Burton Agnes Hall. Hornsea Mere, Bempton Cliffs. Filey and Flamborough, Beeford, Driffield and Beverley.

The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a couple or single person get away with country and beach walks. It also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, toaster and a microwave. A lovely wood burning stove for those chilly nights and gas central heating.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a luxury velvet winged double bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more
Guests can use the facilities at the nearby caravan park including swimming pool, entertainment and bar area.

Make use of the barn’s outside seating area with table and chairs and outside lights.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
Dogs not allowed.
There  may be logs available, but we do not always know how many are left as we do not live close. Logs and kindling are sold at the Londis store in Beeford.
