Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

terrible experience

I already sent an email explaining some and not all bad issues we faced with the property manager.checking in was a disaster (we have to pay for a hotel room before we enter the villa second day).a lot of missing essential items with a lot of False promises and finally we get only silly excuses.
