Lovely hotel, everything spotless and staff were helpful and friendly. Although we struggled to sleep at all as a fairly loud alarm in our room went off a few times during the night. Apart from this, I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport Central
I only stayed for one night but it was quite nice. Also, the airport is just a quick walk away, so if you don't have a lot to carry, it's very doable.
