"It needs an update to compete at 5 star level. Mini fridge out of order - No cold drinks for us, usb outlets - only some work, AC kinda has its own plan on how to accommodate you. (It was cool enough but profoundly confusing and didn’t really seem To blow much.) staff in the lounge may or may not swing by and welcome you or offer you a drink. I don’t want you to think it’s bad, it’s not! We loved the atmosphere, the people, the beautiful buildings with some funny quirks. Just it takes more that checking all the boxes (in room hairdryer, Ironing board etc etc) to be truly 5 star. Close though!"

"Was a surprise at first. First impression entering the lobby was confusing. Didn't look ANYTHING like the pics of the lobby on the website. Looked like a skid row dive. Very narrow, dark, small desk. I think the pics on the website are intentionally misleading, pics from some other hotel. But the room and the halls were very modern, clean, up to date. Good size room, nice view over the river. I was concerned it would be very loud at night, situated above a late-night music playing bar. But on the 7th floor I could hardly hear the music late at night, just the bass beat at times. I had requested a "quieter" room, and I believe they complied. The hotel is located in the heart of the night life, so if that's your thing, it's good. A bit pricey, but the room accommodation was very nice. And staff were very personable and friendly and helpful. Easy access to bus lines and trolley line."

"Quite a brand new property at the time I visited in Summer of 2026, but that doesn’t have bearing on how well-designed, how modern and clean the property was. They have a nice diner/bar on the ground floor, and an even lovelier and intimate bar called The Library that was particularly enjoyable. Great location in the posh bit of Dublin central to the light rail and all kinds of things. A high recommendation."
