    "We have stayed a few times now, the staff are always lovely and welcoming, and always make sure you have everything you need, the rooms can get abit hot but they came up and gave us a fan witch was a bonus, great location in the heart of Cardiff, lovely comfy beds, big rooms, and great views of the city itself, will always return to this hotel! We wanted a double bedded room but were given a twin bedded room. There was no wardrobe for clothes - just a rail. On the way to the room, something looking like crisps had been spilled on the carpet. It was still like that hours later. We had breakfast during our stay. We were told that breakfast started at 7am.
