Good layout and well equipped. Easy free parking outside. Small enclosed rear garden ideal for dogs. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends/family visiting the area.
The overall view of the property was that it was a lovely home from home. It was clean , warm and comfortable. It was our first time staying in Broughty Ferry and we loved it. Lots to do and what a beach !! Plenty of different places to eat and drink - all on the apartment’s doorstep. We will be back. Ps Outside space was a lovely place to relax and watch the light fade.Sparrows chirping was special.
We have elderly family in the area so come up to see them - we often bring our dogs so need somewhere that we can walk them easily.
This was great location - had to walk slightly to get to the dog friendly portion of the beach and slightly further for us to travel to get to relatives however the property is immaculate and very comfortable and plenty of shops and restaurants/pubs (not to miss out I’ve cream shop) within a few minutes. Lovely call from the agents before we arrived to check we had all the information we needed and plenty of useful info provided through the welcome pack.
Fantastic stay and we will book again
The property was perfect for our week, all amenities needed with information about places to eat and attractions to see. Close to Dundee, and the town of Broughty Ferry provides a wonderful seaside experience, the castle is a must-see!
