"Everything was great, with one exception. The room was really warm. Turned off the heating and opened the window and it never cooled down. Fortunately there was a fan in the room. If it weren’t for the fan being on all night I think the room would have gotten quite uncomfortable. But there was a ..."

"I stayed two nights for business and really enjoyed my stay. I didn't use any of the facilities, however I loved my room and some of the quirky features. "Let's be very honest this is a budget hotel but it's definitely top of its class. Situated yards from the railway station in downtown Dundee this really is a fantastic no frills hotel. I took a superior room and the views over the Discovery, the V&A and the river were excellent. My room was much bigger than I was expecting and although the shower room was quite small the shower was excellent with piping hot water on both days. Bed was very comfy and WIFI was fast and reliable. Restaurant was fairly limited and food choice was a tad boring and same with the bar, why do they never buy local beers? Anyway if you are looking for a good valued hotel in Dundee this is defo the place to stay."

"I stayed two nights for business and really enjoyed my stay. I didn't use any of the facilities, however I loved my room and some of the quirky features.
Set in a former textile mill, the room featured very high ceilings, a large window and even support poles and beams. It also had a super comfy bed that I didn't want to leave each morning. The room was also very quiet and peaceful making for a relaxed stay.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming which is always important to me.
I travelled by train and as such walked into town each day, which is close by, but a good walk. There was an underpass to walk through which I wasn't keen on doing but it was always quiet. I would take a taxi if it had been after dark.
I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly return next time I'm in Dundee.
