Staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile.
Food was good and everything was clean and tidy.
Heating / water system outside of my room was quite noisy at night for some reason. Not so good if you are a light sleeper.

What a wonderful property outside of Inverness. The building sits directly on the Beauly Firth with excellent views to to the north. Breakfast is included and was very good. Dinner was an option but was well worth it. They have a premium chef and engaged staff. I recommend dinner on site rather than Inverness. Our room was nice, with a traditional feel that was a natural fit for this property. A morning walk of the grounds and having tea sitting on a bench overlooking the firth capped a perfect stay. I will make for a longer stay if I ever get back to Inverness.

Words can’t describe what a wonderful place this is. So beautiful and peaceful. Our family had such a great time and made once in a lifetime memories during our stay. If I ever come back to Scotland I will definitely stay again. Don’t miss this if you are making this trip.
