Great location! Near to the Duomo, Uffizzi and Accademia galleries. San Lorenzo basilica and Medici chapels, and great places to eat and shop.

Good location. It’s close to some main attractions. The water flow from the shower is weak with only the warm or cold water temperature. Lifts usually fill with the cigarette smoke. Breakfast options are very limited and the quality is poor comparing with the other cities in Italy. Staff is quite unfriendly and was not attentive to provide service to their clients.

The location is terrific, close to everything, especially shopping if it’s one of the considerations! The staff are friendly and helpful! The facility is a little aged, but clean! The breakfast is just average, I really hope they have some variance day to day. Overall, great hotel, I will stay again just for the location!
