"The rooms are spacious, but a bit dated. The mattress was hard for me. The bathroom needed tiles fixing, the shower was powerful and pleasant. We booked dinner at 7.30 pm waited for our simple grilled chicken almost an hour, no one informed us until we asked what is going on. The breakfast was shambolic -£24 per person and barely any food available, no pastries, we waited for fried eggs as they run out. The employees available as breakfast hosts were not welcoming and engaging at all, so disappointing. Overall not good value for the money."

"Loved the location every thing you need is in walking distance. Comfortable beds, good kitchen and amazing bathtub. Needs air conditioning upstairs to make sleeping comfortable in the heat of the summer, But on the cooler days it was good. The owner responded to us very quickly each time we needed her. The garden are needed to be weeded but was cute. "

"Beautiful property but the whole building is uneven, floors have big dips in them, the stairs are on a slant and so is the landing so quite dangerous for anyone with balance problems. No washing machine either!"
