"Have to say the staff who dealt with us front of house and I the restaurant, are pretty much the best I have ever experienced. Only downside of anything was kitchen side as waited over an hour for breakfast after ordering"

Best Breakfast and Service

"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared the plates quickly and refreshed all the food in good time. Probably the best service I've seen at breakfast. Only other small gripe was the child's pool times, extremely restricted, so please check this if your going with children and have a busy schedule. We would certainly return to the hotel."

"Very clean accommodation we did not mind continental breakfast plenty of tea coffee ect if needed. The room was very clean and a good wifi service if needed. Close to all amenities if needed. A special thank you to the housekeeper who was very professional and very helpful. We would stay again"

"WISH WE HADN’T!!! . No lights at all working on communal stairs so pitch black up to top floor apartment apartment. Stuff from other flats left on stairs so added to trip hazard. Kitchen poorly equipped , we had to go and buy something to cook in , no bread board , peeler etc. oven was disgusting, oily and old burnt food left in it . communication on location and flat number very poor so we ended up knocking on other people’s doors until we got a call from Vrbo finally . Smoke alarm in front room covered with a bag ! None of the appliances had been PAT tested( surly this is mandatory ) window blinds insufficient and broken. No wifi code left out. Area very noisy and a felt edgy at night, constant smell of weed and groups of youths who were hanging around getting stoned, cars being raced up and down the street at night.sofa bed all ripped and had old used sheets left on it !!It really wouldn’t take a lot of effort to make this a better place ! "

Wonderful accommodation and First Class service.

"I rarely take the opportunity to record my stays but this deserves the time. The communication in advance was clear and very helpful. However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! Everything self contained and so comfortable, wanted to take the large mattress home! Iron 4 poster bed, kitchenette with coffee maker and milder frother for cappuccino! Love the touch of the light continental breakfast with local products and a welcome cake and plenty of condiments. It isn’t too far off the beaten track whilst being so quiet at night. Thank you to the owners, I will definitely return when passing through again."
