"Second time staying here in a month and loved both times. Big rooms with lovely views across the River Tyne. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Complimentary parking was a huge bonus."

"Great breakfast selection , staff friendly and attentive . Only 1 lift ( out of 2) was working but didn’t have too long to wait . Ideal location for St James’s Park. Car park was busy but you expect that , waiting for someone to come out before barrier was lifted . Would book here again . "

"From entering the lobby which was lovely and beautifully decorated for Xmas to the friendly efficient reception staff to my great comfy, clean and facilitous room to a very nice dinner served by really great staff to a very nice breakfast and my check out where reception staff wished me a great day..
