"Staff very friendly and helpful. Had meal in the bar in the evening, service very good and food was nice although felt portions were small for a main course. Room was clean and amenities were good, lovely shower. Hotel had parking on site which was very spacious and plenty of spaces, but £11.00 charge of overnight until checkout,"

"Overall a brilliant hotel, right by the station and well located for everything. Reasonably quiet room despite overlooking a main road. Breakfast was a good selection, we are there in the evening a couple of times and it was lovely. Front desk happy to look after luggage which is a huge plus The room we were in had obviously had some repairs - patched up hole in the bath and a usable but cracked sink - so could do with a refresh. Beds were comfortable, roomy enough for a couple of days. Leisure facilities small but nice - had a lovely swim. Overall would recommend and would consider returning if back in the area."
