"Wonderful experience, just know that there’re usb slots on rooms. There are two types of rooms. The one with a desk has more plug sockets- I carried medical equipment and had to change to this sort of room. The other seems to have one socket by the mirror-!probably for the hair dryer. Food was very good and on demand for lunch and dinner. To save money you can grab a great lunch at La Place in the station hall (see sit down inside area)."

"The hotel itself is amazing! They have a free shuttle from and to the airport so make sure to ask the staff about the schedule so you can save some dime for the uber. I was impressed to see the amenities of the hotel not to mention that even though it’s only 4 floors, they have an escalator inside and of course an elevator so that gives more convenience to the guests who are in a rush to go to their rooms. The staff are all lovely even during the buffet breakfast I told the guy I have a flight at 1pm and I asked if I can take some food with me that I can bring to the airport and he was very polite and helpful that he even offered to pack the food for me (which I politely declined) I wish I stayed in Amsterdam for few more days instead of just 1 night!!!! But I will DEFINITELY STAY HERE once I come back in Amsterdam!!!! Love the hotel, love the location, love the people!!!!!"

"This hotel is definitely off the beaten path away from the main part of Amsterdam, nice and quiet residential area. Not a lot of options for restaurants in this area, but the metro is a short five minute walk that can take you into town. Beautiful property upscale, tech forward, and funky started off a disappointment, but ended on a high note. Room was hot when we first checked in, 75F, you do have access to the climate controls but that’s an illusion, the property is very eco friendly and they control the climate. We ended up asking for a fan to move the air, to cool it down and make it more comfortable. One of my pet peeves while traveling are properties not spending the money on a good pillows, asked housekeeping to bring us another set, which were brand new! We also had issues with the refrigerator but maintenance was able to fix it, so again a win! We enjoy the Ruby line of boutique hotels and recommend staying at this property if you don’t mind the travel into the city and want a quite stay."

"Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. At check-in, Mr. Hugo assisted us—he was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. At check-out, Ms. Gloria was equally professional and friendly. Many thanks to the entire team for a pleasant stay."

"Great location, clean rooms and the spa/pool was clean and great to have access to. The breakfast was really good and worth the additional charge. Check out Zaans Schans while in the area and the Burger n Shake was our favourite place to eat during our stay!"

"Loved this location, we had the bunk room which was awesome with kids. The breakfast was proper and the coffee was good. You have to request cleaning (which the staff were responsive too but never actually happened) and house keeping missed garbage stuffed down between the bunk beds which was my 4/5. We will be back loved it otherwise"

"Really nice hotel. Great location just a short ferry (free) ride from Centraal Station. Quiet area with a couple of nice cafes nearby. The hotels policy of the guests choosing to miss room cleaning g daily and giving a few euros to spend at the cafe is great"
