"Ideally situated for walkers. The hotel is 1 min walk from the enterance to the National Park. The room was immaculate. Plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was very good. Some jets flew over its car park during our stay as it is on the Mach Loop. That was an unexpected treat. The owner is very attentive and both evening meal and packed lunch was really nice. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

"The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing."

"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed.     "Absolutely beautiful place. Set in the most dramatic surroundings but perfectly peaceful. The house itself was clean with a large open plan living space, which is perfect if you have children with you. Once we got the heating going it stayed very warm for our whole stay. The kitchen had everything you’d need and thankfully there was a Nespresso coffee maker! All of us slept well as the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Honestly couldn’t fault the place. "
