The rooms in the basement are definitely not a 4 star experience. Although clean, this is more a 2 star hotel. During our stay the carpet was also wet and there were a few dehumidifiers running continuously.

Great location right at the west end of queen street. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and fully appliances in the kitchen area.
Next time would probably prefer not to be in the basement at the front of the building with some noise from the main road and people walking by on the street above.

"In general it’s all good, one gripe was the tv in the room was somehow set to French settings and channels were very random, not a deal breaker though, the lounge is nice as are the rooms and bathrooms, staff friendly and location is perfect. Been here many times and I will be back."
