"Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. "

"Heated pool is right there. Pickle ball courts etc are just across driveway. Plus a sandy beach on bay. Nice development and low price. Bring your own eating utensils and beach towels. "

"Unparalleled view, spacious, tastefully decorated & (most importantly) very clean. Several other condos have restricted AC (can’t go below 73) but this one does not. The bathtubs are deep & brand new. The exterior needs TLC & the interior paint is worn but you will not regret staying here. You will want to move here. "

"Property is well maintained with great water views and lots of space. We very much appreciated the beach towels available. Visiting in July the only thing we wished we had were some fans to keep air moving. Overall a wonderful stay."
