"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Attentive, helpful staff at every encounter (valet parking, front desk, restaurant, café, housekeeping). Clean & well-maintained property, inside & outside. Second floor room with a nice view of the courtyard. Clean, comfy room that housekeeping kept looking sharp. Luxury toiletries by Grown Alchemist - very nice! Well stocked in-room bar. In-room A/C seemed a bit loud but I didn’t mind, it was white noise to me. The restaurant experience was very enjoyable - I dined there for dinner one evening & for breakfast one morning. On both occasions, I encountered attentive, caring waitstaff who knew their menu well. Enjoyed a cafe con leche that was as delicious as it was beautiful - the design in in foam was so pretty. They pay attention to detail! Great location in historic Ybor City. Easy to walk around the neighborhood & discover restaurants & shops. Highly recommend stopping by the Ybor City Visitor Information Center & Gift Shop, only about 2 1/2 blocks away on 8th Ave. Definitely recommend Hotel Haya!"

"Room slightly outdated and a little shabby. Having towels, chaise and umbrella free of charge was wonderful. Staff was always friendly!!! Very helpful and always treated us with such great customer service Consider having some complimentary coffee in lobby. Prices pretty steep on a lot of things but I guess that’s expected at a resort."

"I loved our stay at Rumfish resort! Rooms were clean and all staff was so helpful and friendly. Our beach view was fabulous! All of the activities for my 9 year old daughter was great and having the booklet with all the activities and times were so helpful. The golf cart transportation between the 2 results, the text message reminders for events were also so helpful! We barely left the resort!"
