"The staff here was very welcoming and made us feel instantly at ease. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but the main hallway carpet did have a strong mildew smell. We found the "healthy grab and go breakfast" underwhelming / lacking, and on our first morning the only options were packaged muffins, small yogurts, coffee, and packaged oatmeal (we arrived at the breakfast an hour before breakfast hours ended). I think there were boiled eggs in the mini-fridge but they weren't an option on the second morning, although they did add some breakfast bars and oranges. Most attractions we were interested in were around 25 miles away - the area doesn't seem to be "centrally" located in Jacksonville proper, which we didn't realize when planning, but the zoo is a convenient drive away and there are abundant shopping centers and food options within a couple miles. The distance from "Jacksonville" did afford us an easy entry and exit and low traffic noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here due to the friendly staff, very clean accomodations, and feeling of perceived safety, however we would plan our day excursions better next time to take into account where the hotel is located, and would not expect to treat breakfast as anything other than a light grab and go. "

"Having driven 8-10 hours straight and just needing a place on the route late night and quickly was amazing. I booked and within 15-20 mins i was there and they were ready! The front desk was amazing! My husband lost his ring and didn’t notice until 8 mins after check out and when we turned around, they didn’t hesitate to let me check! I tossed the room and thankfully we found it in the car in a weird spot "
