"It was a clean and great place overall, honestly better than staying at home in some ways. The breakfast was good, although the items were exactly the same every day. Things I didn’t like: I traveled with my family and booked suites, but they gave us rooms facing the street. The car noise was coming inside the room starting early in the morning. The heating system was not working properly, and the room stayed cold the entire night. Unfortunately, my kids got sick because of that. The indoor pool water was also cold, while indoor pools at similar hotels are usually warm. Another disappointing thing was the parking fee. After spending hundreds of dollars on the stay, they still charge for parking instead of providing it for free. The ladies at the front desk were not very helpful, especially the one with glasses. I asked about room availability, and she first said they were sold out. Then I showed her availability on the app, and suddenly she said, “Oh, let me check… yes, it’s available now.” I also asked for a bottle of water. First, she said they only provide water at check-in. I told her I never received one during check-in. Then she checked the screen for a moment and said, “Oh, you’re not a Diamond member, so we can’t give you one.” Refusing even a simple bottle of water felt unnecessarily cheap. On the positive side, the night staff were very kind, and helpful."

"What a nice hotel. It appears to be brand new and well maintained. It was clean and bright and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our comfy beds and the full breakfast each morning. The hotel is in the town of Big Bear, a few blocks from the "village" area. We drove, but you could probably walk. There is a nice seating area outside with firepits. We would stay again for sure."

"The hotel is under construction which is asnt informed about so Monday morning we were woken to that. Saturday when we got there we had booked for the pool practically and I was told it's closed at check in another bummer they have fire pits on the property we thought was cool another thing closed. Everything we had booked it for was closed then in the room no matter what step you took it was creeping and cracking we could hear our neighbors walking the tub sound like we were gonna burst thru the floors it wasn't pleasant at all."
