"This was my second enjoyable stay here. The staff are consistently nice. The rooms and location were quiet. The motel is on Big Bear Blvd. (busy street at times), but it sits down and away from the road so you don't notice or hear the traffic."
"Small and safe place to stay. The place is not fancy but the room was clean, bed comfortable and good size for one night as a couple. Has a nice place outside to have some time in nature. Quiet place to relax. I would come back if you need something affordable just to sleep in after long walks runs and be around the city. "

"My husband and I stayed at Ottos Chalet for our wedding anniversary. Property was so stunning and the home was spotless. Location is convenient and close to everything you need. We loved the fact parking was private and easy to access (can fit 2 vehicles). On top of that service was amazing and staff on the phone were friendly. The room we stayed in even had a living room, a kitchen and a balcony, I wasn't expecting as much as we got out of it. The staff were very nice and when we had questions they were thorough with information. They even have a jacuzzi outside with a lakeside view and it was gorgeous! Best part is the fact the lake was right next to it and we were able to go fishing there! Definitely recommend and going back again next year!"
