"The community area is quite lovely but getting to your room is difficult with elevator/stair situation carrying your bags, etc. Hotel layout is confusing other than the first floor. We chose this hotel partly because of advertised spa but it was broken. Should have disclosed. Not to be so negative, we enjoyed our stay. Great staff, breakfast, clean room"

They have good amenities that you can do around the area. What surprised us was their full kitchen in the units. We'll be back for sure for a longer stay whenever were in Big Bear. "
