"This was our first visit/stay in Vail. We aren't skiers, but I saw Vail is supposed to be a faux Europe, so I wanted to see for myself. I would say it's pulled off pretty well. Long time businesses are here and it adds an authenticity. Everything in our room worked properly, nice bed & shower. Lots of walkability from the space. I went to the Betty Ford Alpine Garden and read all the plaques, that is my idea of a good time! Still an impressive display covered in snow. I learned a lot and loved it. "

"Wife got a massage, very clean, reasonable window view (had to be on the 3rd floor though, no elevator) And the bus stop (to ski) across the street."

"This hotel was absolutely excellent. We loved our stay. The hotel itself was gorgeous and so clean. The amenities are well maintained. We used the hot tub every night and the gym is well equipped. The shuttle to the popular areas of town was always speedy and the drivers friendly. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. We also loved how they treated our pup. We strongly recommend!"
