"Lenny couldn't have been a better host! This house has everything you could need except for bringing your own 3 sets of queen size sheets. The outdoor shower is new since we stayed there last, and is AWESOME! Awesome grill and if you have a question or need anything, Lenny gets back to you right away! We cannot wait to stay again next summer! Our daughter and grandchildren love the house too! They enjoyed the kayaks so much that Lenny provides! Thanks again for everything Lenny!Linda and Bill"

"Cute small house with everything you need at home away from home .. kids had fun crabbing .. dock is little higher than we used to but made it work … really clean .. enjoyed hanging out on the back patio … kitchen is pretty equipped for cooking , glad didn’t have to bring sheets or bath towels … room for 2 cars on the driveway .. great communication with the owner"

"Our stay was quite enjoyable in the Captain's Quarters! Bed was comfortable, room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, amenities were all provided and then some. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one who is needing a place to stay in the area. Quite convenient to AC and LBI which are the 2 places we were visiting."

"First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. The first floor bathrooms probably have a private bath. We went through Expedia. Maybe book direct so you can ask questions. Our room came with 2 standard sized towels. When asked, they left a couple more. I’d also prefer my own hand towel instead of sharing with the entire second floor. Closets could use more hanging space. Plenty of shelves. Next the good stuff: great directions and instructions. Bed is comfortable. Room is large. They have earplugs so you don’t hear the road or creaky stairs. They have good coffee and creamers. Small frig in the room. You can use a fully stocked kitchen. We stopped at a local orchard and used the knife to cut up our morning fruit. Walkable restaurant Mi Publitia (?) had a nice breakfast for reasonable prices. It’s very close to the wedding venue The Farm on Main. About 15 minutes to LBI. Good location. Reasonably priced. Dawn responds immediately."
