"First time here and enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly, very pleased. Definitely would stay here again. 7-8 min drive to the State Fair. A lot of restaurants around the area. "
"Nice property. Centrally locted to restaurants and attractions. Clean room. Comfy bed. Great amenities. Staff was awesome. Only complaint is handicap permits/plates were not excluded from parking charge. However, I will eturn to stay at property again. "
The Wren | 2 BR 2.5 BA | Newly Renovated w/ Hot Tub
10/10 Excellent
"Property was extremely beautiful. The pictures don't show how beautiful the inside of the house is. We loved the washer and dryer as we could do a load of laundry after being on the road for a week. "
"Being as an older home a little more upkeep and maintenance would be helpful, a little moldy smell in the middle bedroom and floors was not well swept also the home entrance. Apart from that nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors and our stay was peaceful."
"This was such a lovely experience from beginning to end! The house had such wonderful appliances, and very clean, but my most favorite part was the courtyard. It was so peaceful and quiet. We came down for the zoo, and it was only 6 minutes away! Such a perfect location. Great communication with the host as well! "
"The property was very clean and the home was beautiful and well appointed. My wife’s parents stayed for 5 nights with no issues and really enjoyed it. Convenient to downtown. Responsive landlord. Well maintained."
Sweet Suite on Sunset 4BD 3 BA Home + 1BD 1 BA Guest Cottage
10/10 Excellent
"I rented this property for family that was coming into Columbia, SC, from across the globe-Guam, and country (CO, NV, TN) for a US Army Basic Training graduation at Fort Jackson. The guest cottage was just what my husband and I needed for quiet space and privacy. The big house was just what we needed for adequate sleeping arrangements and family time. The downstairs master bedroom was used by family with 2 toddlers. This room gave them enough space and private restroom to keep the 4 of them comfortable. The other bedrooms and bathrooms gave 4 children and 1 adult comfortable, safe sleeping and bathing places. The kitchen and dining area allowed us to prep our "to go" meals as well as family dinners in the house. The paved gated backyard allowed the children to play outdoors safely, with no fear of "escaping" to the busy road. Our newly graduated US Soldier was so grateful for a few hours of family time, which was our goal. When an issue came up with the TVs, Wendy was very helpful and accommodating to solve the problem. We also thoroughly enjoyed family-centered activities that Columbia offered. The highlight for all of us- ages 2-72, was the RiverBanks Zoo. I am very appreciative of all of the accommodations and location this home offered my extended family. "
"We absolutely loved our stay in this spacious two‑bed, two‑bath home in Columbia, SC. The place was spotless from top to bottom, offered more than enough room to spread out, and came fully stocked with every amenity we needed—plus a relaxing hot tub! Communication with the owner was seamless, friendly, and prompt. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear this home is meticulously cared for. All surfaces—from the gleaming hardwood floors to the pristine countertops—looked freshly cleaned. The bathrooms were sparkling, with fresh towels neatly folded and ample toiletries were provided. With two generously sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there was plenty of room for our group. when everyone was home at the same time! This rental truly has it all. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils—perfect for whipping up breakfasts before heading out. The living room boasted a large smart TV and fast Wi‑Fi (ideal for streaming or remote work). Outside, the hot tub was an absolute highlight: pristine, well‑heated, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring Columbia. "
