Was charged $75 for pet fees for 3 days. However, it says they charge $20 per day so go overcharged with no explanation. Floors need cleaned better, water temp fluctuates pretty bad when taking a shower, no do not disturb signs to place on the door so was bothered each day by the cleaning people. Lack of signage to help you navigate your way on the property since they have a separate adjacent building that we were placed in. Just needs some improvements to make things a little easier along with transparency on their pricing and charges. That comes across as dishonest and shady which will most likely prevent me from staying here again unless they respond and take appropriate actions to fix these issues.

The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games.
