"The room and resort were very clean. We at at the Turtles Bar and Grill and the Captain's Catch. The food was great. We spent most our our time at the beach. They provide lounge chairs and umbrellas at no charge. I'd return again without a doubt."

"We had a short 2 day stay in Sanibel, and Tarpon Tale was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Easily walkable to some dining, shopping, and nice beaches, and the complimentary bikes give you the ability to explore the whole island while leaving the car parked. The extra details of this small independent hotel (bikes, shell-washing stations, fire pit area) are a great match for the small town, friendly feel of the island. Highly recommend"

"The host was very welcoming, texting pertinent info before and during our stay, even letting us know of a wreck on the causeway that might have caused us hours of consternation if we had been caught in it. The extras cabinet saved us a couple of times. "

"Fantastic location! We loved being at the end of the building and so close to the beach and ocean. The weather was perfect for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner on the lanai. Loggerhead Cay is very quiet, which we quite enjoyed. The heated pool was also a hit since I hate cold water and couldn’t get in the ocean water past my knees even at 70 degrees. Fantastic shelling, sunrise and sunsets. We love Sanibel and so happy it’s on the comeback now. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas!"

"Extra amenities were available upon request. Housekeeping is available upon request. Check in was easy and information about The Palmview Inn and Sanibel were available. We were within walking distance to the beach and a convenience shop. Traffic is not busy at this stay. It feels very private as it is a cottage with outside sitting and gathering. Washer and dryer is available and accessible. We loved our stay. "

"The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a nice weekend! "
