"Well appointed and clean. The condo was a good place for our family to call home for the week. The kitchen and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Owners provide beach towels so you don’t have to pack your own. There’s a pool near the beach in the courtyard with easy access and wasn’t too busy given it being spring break season. There’s a storage closet on the ground floor with beach accessories including plenty of chairs and an umbrella, plus sand toys and boogie boards. Only minus was the condo does not include club amenities meaning no open access to the main pool or bikes. But had we not been part of a larger group, most of whom booked through the club I doubt we would have known. We had about everything we needed with out it. "

"All of the staff we interacted with were super pleasant and very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit basic, but was quite clean and comfortable. Proximity to the beach was A+!"

"Alligators were friendly, no bites. Amenities were amazing, especially the free bikes. Sanibel is such a great island for biking, we will be back!"

"This facility does not have a sink in the kitchen. while set up with a two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and under counter refrigerator there is no counter space. There is a table and bench at which to eat."

"Our room was better than we anticipated. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. There wasn’t anything left to chance and we had an absolute blast. We are not pool people typically, so we didn’t get to experience that aspect of the stay. Would we do it again!! Yes, and we plan on doing so soon!! Thanks for a great experience. Gene "
