East Linton Holidays

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! No issues getting too and from, checking in, and such. Only issue we had that I believe I did see in another room, was the smell of the bathroom (or so I think)… it does sort of “go away” when staying in the room, but when using the bathroom or entering the room again, it was hard to adjust too. We only stayed one night, but might have looked to change rooms (#2) if we had stayed longer.

As a traveler coming from the US, my favorite part of this hotel was the ability to add early check in starting at 12pm for GBP 15. This added flexbility was very needed after the long overnight travel. I traveled solo and found the room to be small but perfect size just for me. The room was clean and modern. I thought it was good value. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was okay, I wish there had been more variety. The hotel was in a good location, 5 min walk from a tram stop and within a 15 minute walk of Old Town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Edinburgh.

It was a very nice boutique hotel. The food was quite nice and staff very accommodating. The hike up the 3 floors was something we had to get prepared to do each day! Only 3 rooms all the way up there, 2 other floors with 3 each so you can request a lower floor. It is located on the Royal Mile and everything is so close! Great spot for our short 4 day adventure.

Quaint setting in the countryside with lovely gardens. Pub is charming with a good selection of beers and wine. Our room had good amenities including Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and selection of teas and coffee. Bathrooms are updated.

Lovely room, great value. Really quiet. Amazing shower, lovely decor and really clean. Breakfast delicious, staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
