"Although it is a historical landmark hotel, I still think some upkeep needs to be done. The telephone in our room looked straight from the 90s, stained yellow and old. I’d get something that matches the aesthetic a bit more. The vanity by the fridge was dirty as if someone had done their makeup before I arrived and it hadn’t been cleaned. The clock and tv also didn’t work."

It’s refreshing to experience genuine hospitality where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. Whether it was the customer service, accommodations, or attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baton Rouge. I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

I called 3 time to hotel before we checked in and was told so many different things and fees and when I got to check in the charges were double what I was told and when I checked out it was same thing sorry u can get full deposit back cause we charge for car parking plus we have to inspect room before anything is given back and I asked about this before getting room key and I was told opposite"
