The staff were friendly, the reception area, bar and restaurant were lovely.
The room, although superior needed a few tweaks, i.e. a dressing table, bedside lamps, clean windows and maybe paint over the repair that has been done above the door instead of just being rubbed down. Also very noisy from the guests above.
Great hotel and clean room.Staff are very welcoming especially the gentleman on the bar, reception. Right opposite the beach.Good view.
Would book again.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the bed was very big and comfortable, the service was great and the staff very sweet and friendly. Our room had a beautiful sea view, definitely worth the extra pennies. It’s a bit of a shame that the road just below is quite busy and noisy throughout the day. Nevertheless, it was great to be so close to the sea, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
Then hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean one was a little small. The TVs in the rooms could do with an upgrade to a 32inch screen or larger.
The only negative thing I would say lis one of the lower floors has a view of a courtyard which had a rather lot or dog excrement. I like the hotel is dog friendly but the view not so great. I dont know of its part of the hotel but its connected.
I booked this hotel because their website said it had seaviews, balcony and room service. Unfortunately, they didn't have room service and should update their website. We ate in the restaurant. By the time we finally got our food, l had already gone through 2 cokes and the food was lukewarm. There was only one member of staff that worked both the reception desk and the restaurant (beside the cook). I thought that a bit odd for a Friday night, but l know she did her best.
The room itself was lovely, though the tea and coffee were in dire need of being restocked. No shampoo or conditioner as also stated on the website.
The comfortable bed and seaview is what truly saved the day for me and being able to sit comfortably and enjoy the view.
Nice place right on the seafront. Room was facing back street but no issue with noise. Lovely breakfast , would happily stay again

Arrived after the check in time of 2pm to be told that the room was not ready and I would have to wait. Receptionist then changed her mind after quite a wait ( was unable to contact any cleaning staff ) and said it was ready. Very small single room at the rear of the property but did have a small fridge and a hairdryer which are a plus. Very small and old bathroom/shower and the whole room needs urgent updating. Shower worked now and again with water temperature varying wildly whilst you shower !!! Bed was very uncomfortable, appears the mattress has had it and sags in the middle. Woken up early every morning by very loud extractor fans being turned on for the kitchen below the room. Make sure you bring an extension socket with you. Room had 4 x sockets, BUT 4 x of their items were plugged in !!! Fridge/TV/Kettle/Bedside lamp which = none available for your items unless you keep unplugging theirs. Cleaner walked straight into the room without knocking one morning ? Lift works well if you have mobility issues and easy to park on the street for £2.35 per day or free in the side streets. V short and enjoyable walk to the pier etc.
Very nice staff lovely breakfast, good location, nicely decorated

Potential fruad risk. Rude staff. Smelly toilet
When you check in, instead of requesting card pre-authorisation for deposit, they ask to fill in a form requesting name, 16 digit card number, security code at the back of your card, expiry date, full home address. Literally everything you would need to make a payment with your card online. I challenged the receptionist for this but she couldn't care less and told me either i provide it or i can leave. Before pandemic i used to travel every week for work and stayed in hotels all around the world but i have never seen any hotel that request full card details. I couldn't relax all night worrying what could happen. It looked like it wasn't judt me who was worried as i saw multiple people at the receptiom who was not happy with their 'company policy'. When i checked out, i asked the morning receptionist if i can have the form back so i know they don't have it anymore. She was very rude and told me that it's fine because they do not use it (with annoyed tone). I couldn't just leave it there so i asked it to back again, she then just took out the form and shreded it in front of me ignoring my request.
The room itself was nicely decorated but toilet stank of old pipe/urine smell. View was nice.
Requested menu for breakfast before i book it but the staff said 'you get english breakfast or cereal if you pay £10.50' so i decided to go to local cafe for nice brunch instead which was cheaper!
I will not return to this hotel
I was given the Deluxe room, which was a corner room with a dual aspect sea view and balcony. It was an amazing room. The bathroom was huge as well.
The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very clean.
Consumables and some items were sealed with a date to say that it was cleaned. E.g. Tea / Coffees and Remote for the TV.
The only issues were that there was a strange smell from the bathroom, they provided limited tea and coffee, there was two small sachets for shower and shampoo which was not enough (but we brought our own). The breakfast is a sandwiches, drink and pastry that can be delivered to your door.
However, the room was still amazing and I would definitely stay here again!
I original booked the standard room with a sea view, but needed to cancel and rebook it, as the pictures on Hotels.com are not accurate, so I needed to pay for the executive room if I wanted a bathtub. Also, they do provide 'breakfast', it is just not listed on the hotels.com site.
We had a lovely stay, it was clean and so comfortable, we stayed in a luxury room with balcony all round overlooking the sea, would Definately go back 👍
Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Covid-19 measures well respected. Breakfast copious and tasty. Two small observations: 1) TV in room is very small 2) Water pressure not constant (water would come in spurts every other second when showering). Other than that GREAT stay.
This was my second stay at the hotel in a month, the first time with 3 friends & this second time with my mother. We had sea view rooms both times, the rooms were decorated lovely & comfortable, breakfast was very nice and all staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay there again & recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a comfortable stay in a seafront hotel.

Very run down.
On arrival at the hotel, the lobby was very pleasing. Meet by a cheerful lady who sorted the keys and off we went. The room was very very run down. Curtains in the bathroom were hanging off the runners so didn’t close. With no frosted window this made have a shower difficult. There was damp all down the bathroom wall. Very old furniture. The bed however was very comfy!
There was a small booklet about the hotel and the area, which restaurants they recommended. We went to the Thai and it was great!!
There was no bar which is stated on hotels.com and the chairs on the terrace were all chained together.
Overall a disappointing visit and we won’t be returning to this hotel.
Nice friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Very good value for money

Super feines Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört.
