"Great, friendly staff."

"We did not eat breakfast. But wahlburgers room service was great. We ate at lookout and the food was good, but I had a hair in my salad. They replaced my salad and did not charge me. On the 3rd day we started smelling a sewage smell in our rooms around 10 at night. We called front desk and the night desk lady refused to come up, but stayed she would send someone else. We never saw anyone. We also struggled with housekeeping and had to call down for towels, clean up our own room and get air freshener. Finally they came and cleaned one of our rooms, never vacuumed or cleaned the sinks or showers. We gave up. We actually like the ambiance of this hotel but they truly need to replace the cleaning staff quickly. "

"Excellent location with walking distance to Beal St. Nice rooftop bar! Excellent service. Convenient garage parking! Clean unique hotel that reminded us of something from 1930’s which was so cool! "

"The room looked like it had been recently undergoing some remodeling, but definitely was not finished nor she has been rented out. The room and the motel both looked amazing in the photos online, but in person was way way less than that been from years ago. There was even a huge roach, crawling all over the walls. Every morning when we walked out of the room and the door locked behind us our key card would no longer work and I would have to go to the office and have it reset."

"The hotel lobby area is spectacular. The rooms are wonderful and very comfortable. Staff are awesome. Ducks are entertaining."
