"Staff was incredible. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and always meeting us with a smile. We have stayed at several resorts around Tunica, but Horseshoe was by far the best with staff. We plan to go back as often as we can."

"Booked a room here a day before, and the whole process was smooth! The staff was so welcoming. We had an issue with the AC in our room when we first got in, but maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of us calling down to the front desk. The only thing that was a bit cheap was the towel hook in front of the shower. It was falling off and attached with glue or some sort of sticky pad."
