"The room was great, very comfy bed and everything was clean. The coffee machine was good too. What really let it down was the service. We ordered room service, and after an hour of waiting I called and they said it would be another 35 minutes! I asked them to bring the drinks in the meantime and they said okay but never did. After 35 minutes I called again and it all arrived together in 5. An update or warning on the wait would have been good, as we would have gone to the bar instead had we of...

"Had a few drinks in the bar.. resonably priced and very nice bar food.. staff very friendly and happy in there jobs in all areas. Very quiet night consideing number of guests.. bed was very comfy...
Dont forget to grab a coffee and muffin from the little cafe desk in foyer. Best i have ever tasted..
