8.6/10 Excellent! (1,009 reviews)
Room was very basic and the toilet was in a separate room to the sink! Flush was really dodgy (kept going off in the middle of the night) and the tiles on the floor of the shower room were broken. The curtains were not wide enough for the window so no matter what you did, you could not close them properly and to finish it all off the tele remote looked like someone had eaten off it and the floor had dirty marks on! Would not stay again and feel robbed of £300.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,167 reviews)
"Hotel OK. Poor directions from the railway station. Overly long check-in. Over-priced food. Need to remove service charge on food bills; no reason to charge for bringing a pizza to my table as that is the least I would expect them to do,"
