"courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name or try to tip. i would like to give him tip. i am old man and my mind is fuzzy some times!"

"Stayed at this hotel twice, both times were great. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The neighborhood is rough but security does a great job making guests feel safe. We wouldn’t have came back if security was lackluster. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. "
