Our beautiful flat offers you a perfect base to explore Edinburgh. Located in a residential area with free on street parking, within 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest tram stop. There is excellent public transport, 15 minutes by bus to Princes Street, 20 minute direct Bus/Tram from Edinburgh Airport, and the popular Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium are both a 10 minute walk. There are vibrant bars and cafes on the doorstep, and a beautiful scenic walk along the Water of Leith.Flat consists of 2 bedrooms/
1 large double bedroom with a large King Size/
