Amazing location & comfy stay!

Amazing location. Clean and tidy, comfortable and roomy. The only issue we had was the drain in the shower didn’t work well at all, would be in the shower for 2 minutes max and the tray would overflow and flood the whole bathroom. Everything else was perfect, bed comfy, black out curtains, kitchen clean and well equipped, we definitely think living room could be arranged better for maximum comfort and relaxing as you cant really watch tv on the sofa without moving furniture.

una estafa

el unico punto positivo que le pongo es por su ubicacion, el apartamento esta muy mal cuidado y no brilla por su limpieza. Lo peor fue que lo vendieron con desayuno buffet y al llegar nos avisan que no tenemos desayuno, gracias a HOTELES.COM que se hizo cargo del problema y al volver presentamos los tickets y ellos fueron responsables ya que por parte del alojamiento se lavaron las manos y solo dijeron "disculpen las molestias" cuando fueron ellos quien lo publicitaron con desayuno incluido. Ademas como no nos dejaron ningun sitio para dejar las maletas antes de la hora de entrada, en principio nos ofrecieron un descuento para dejarlas en un locker, lo cual fue otra mentira! no nos hicieron ningun descuento! me parece fatal y mucha falta de profesionalidad que no te den lo que ofrecen y por lo cual tu pagas! no lo recomiendo! y otra vez GRACIAS A HOTELES.COM por su atencion y solucion siempre a los inconvenientes!
