We are on the 4th floor via stairs - there is no lift.

This bright, beautifully appointed flat on the 4th floor (stair access) offers everything for a relaxing Edinburgh retreat with stunning natural light.

Living Area: Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV for streaming entertainment, and large windows flooding the space with sunshine. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essential cookware, cutlery, and dishware. Includes washing machine and ironing equipment. Dining area with extendable table comfortably seats 4

Bedrooms: Two generously sized double bedrooms, each featuring hotel-quality linens, fresh sheets, and ample storage space. Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Bathroom: Full bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Your home will be professionally cleaned and sanitised before arrival.

The Meadows: Your own backyard! The Meadows is Edinburgh's largest and most cherished park—stunning open green space perfect for morning runs, picnics, afternoon walks, outdoor yoga, and simply breathing in Edinburgh's best. The tree-lined pathways are beautiful year-round.

Local Dining & Cafes: Bruntsfield Place is lined with independent cafes, cosy restaurants, and bars. This is where locals eat and socialise—expect quality, authenticity, and genuine neighbourhood character. From casual coffee shops to intimate dinner spots, everything has personality.

Shopping & Services: Tree-lined streets dotted with boutique shops, vintage stores, bookshops, and independent businesses. Sainsbury's Local supermarket is nearby, plus traditional butchers and fishmongers.

Proximity: Still connected—the city centre is easily accessible by foot or bus, yet Bruntsfield retains its peaceful, residential character.

Bruntsfield Place (less than 50 metres away) has excellent and varied bus services connecting to all parts of Edinburgh—the Old Town, city centre, and everywhere else.

Haymarket Station is just an 18-minute walk for train access. Everything in Bruntsfield is walkable. The Meadows and neighbourhood parks are your doorstep. This is the ideal balance—peaceful, green, and genuinely connected.

NOTE: Please be aware that candles, tea lights and ethanol burners are not allowed in the flat.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Resultaba agradable volver al apartamento por el paseo del parque después de recorrer la ciudad y estar calentitos con la calefacción. A pie tardamos unos 25 minutos a la Royal Mile, pero había autobuses casi en la puerta. Me gustó que el edificio fuera clásico edimburgués. No me molestó tener que subir las escaleras hasta el 4°piso. El apartamento me pareció más espacioso que en las fotos. Muy buenas camas y sofás. Tenía mucha vajilla y utensilios de cocina. Nos resultó útil que hubiera azúcar, café, aceite, sal,... Repetiría sin dudar. Gracias
