This bright and modern flat is located at the heart of the old town, only a few steps away from Edinburgh most famous attractions and local restaurants and bars in Cowgate!

The homely touch to the property makes it suitable for short or longer stay, and would make the perfect place to stay especially for couples.

Located at the heart of Edinburgh, this elegant property can be found in a quiet building with convenience stores, local restaurants and pubs just around the corner to experience the best of the Scottish culture!

As you step into this bright and modern flat you will find a kitchen with all the modern appliances and utensils to make lovely home made meals that you can easily share around the dining table with your loved ones.

If you fancy a cosy and relaxing night in after exploring all day, you can easily do so in the bright living room where you kick back and watch movies on the big smart TV. The large sofa and luxurious armchair will make the experience even more comfy!

The property also includes a large double and comfortable bed fitted with high hotel quality linens and two fresh towels are also provided for each guest.

Last but not least, the light-filled bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, where guests can enjoy a relaxing soak.

Outdoor space:
There is a large communal garden to the rear of the property, and considering you're in the heart of the city it is very peaceful and well maintained.

Parking:
Paid street parking is available in the surrounding streets -The closest car park is Radisson Blu, guests can look on their website for pricing.

Important information:
1- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Strictly no parties, or loud noise after 10pm.
2- A £15 charge will occur when you bring your pet, please get in touch to let me know!
4- The fireplace is a not operational and only a feature.
