From the bedroom you will access the large private balcony, with rattan furniture and views across Edinburgh and Fife. The flat comes with a flat screen TV - Netflix included and an espresso machine.Guest will have access to the entire property during their stay.20 minutes walk to Princes Street and Waverly Station. Great access to public transport - Tram stop (Balfour Street) and bus stop two minutes walk away. 10 minute walk to the new Edinburgh Street Food Market.Pay and Display on-street parking Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
